Proud to partner with Pantera Elementary to showcase my ABCs of Black History Art Walk highlighting 28 Black historical figures and inventors A-Z. 🔤🖼️🤩 Special bonus and shout out to my parents who dressed up as George Washington Carver and Bessie Coleman and spoke to the children about their accomplishments and inventions.❤️🙌🏽 we are so lucky! Thank you!
Thank you to Pantera Elementary and Principal Dr. Lemus for partnering, thank you to PUSD Superintendent Knowles for attending and your ongoing engagement, thank you to Mayor Stan Liu for always being there for the community, supporting and uplifting the youth along with those in need, thank you to Councilmember Andrew Chou, City of Diamond Bar too for always being there, showing up online and in-person with Diamond Bar’s best interest always represented, and thank you to Albert from Asm. Calderon’s office, Christiane from Senator Newman’s office, and Kyle from Senator Archuleta’s office for supporting and attending. I look forward to partnering with everyone to expand on this all month next year.
It was wonderful interacting with all the classes, seeing them get excited for the inventions and figures, and even ask to have their picture taken next to their favorite 🥺❤️ it was Amazing! Ps- they thought George Washington Carver teleported 🤣
It will be in the textbooks in my lifetime! Happy Black American History ✊🏽
