We are seeking proactive and good hearted souls to help this lovely woman fight the fight of her life. Raven is disabled with a severe and profound case of Multiple Chemical Injury / Sensitivity also known as Environmental Illness. Raven is pretty much home bound as she is unable to go into buildings, populated areas, be around crowds, visit with friends, be outside for any real period of time as
well as many other events and life experiences. Raven suffers from a failing liver decimated by a medication, pesticide poisoning and a longterm case of Lyme's Disease. Raven also has a virus that is attacking her already weakened liver which needs immediate care and intervention. To make matters worse, she is also fighting cancer. Her body is being assaulted by non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and Adeno adenoma, two different cancers moving throughout her body. Her health and life are fading.
3 years ago, Raven was diagnosed with a rare brain disorder brought on by the medication and her bodies inability to detox itself properly. This brain disorder is the degeneration of white brain matter and the central nervous system. Since this original diagnosis, Raven bought a specialized home here in Arizona that allows her to live safely within a normal stick building where she is safe and comfortable. This home was built for the environmentally sensitive with special products and is 20 plus years old making it off gassed enough for her to live within. Even still, it took her several months to move into the house full time. A friend who also has Environmental Illness (at a milder level) and who bought into the house with Raven abandoned her and the property a few months after moving in due to feeling overwhelmed by mortgage and responsibility leaving Raven and her husband to manage all if the expenses spontaneously. Within a few months, Ravens' husband of 23 years began drinking, womanizing and found a 25 year old woman, got her pregnant and left their home and marriage. Both of these people assured Raven that they were there for the long hail but instead, left her and the house, the only building she can be in with an impossible mortgage for her to carry as she is unable to work. They defaulted on the loan leaving Raven to pick up the pieces and fight for the very building that sustains her. Ravens' husband and her friend both are the note holders on this home and property. Raven is the exclusive deed holder. Both note holders abandoned the property leaving Raven without paying the mortgage, with few pennies in the bank, no where to go with an inability to get there anyhow. Most all of Raven's people are gone while the few remaining live at great distances or have never been a realized part of her life. Essentially, she is very much alone except for her 23 year old daughter and her 13 month old grandson, both who are completely dependent upon their mother/grandmother. Raven's been fighting for her home with Bank of America for over 2 years. They have used the usual stall tactics, predatory home loan and predatory loan modifications, mental and emotional abuse that goes along with exhausting a person into conceding their home and lives. ReContrust, NA, a subsidiary of Bank of America, has set various auction dates which Raven has worked to postpone in order to find a solution. The next auction date is scheduled for August 26, 2013. Bank of America has sold the note to Nationstar AFTER offering the usual short sale option or Deed in Lieu option. Nationstar states that the house suddenly does not fit under any loan modification program or under a short sale program. Raven has done her due diligence and has suffered from a predatory initial loan and also a predatory loan modification. Although D, the woman who ran out on the mortgage, filed bankruptcy including Bank of America notifying them that she no longer resides at the residence, will not pay and is filing bankruptcy, Bank of America insists that D's income be included in configuring any term. Additionally, Ravens physician has written and submitted a letter stating that if Raven loses her home she will be on the streets living in her van with her grandson and daughter, unable to drive or find another place to live due to the illness/disability. No home could Ravens body tolerate. From toxic building materials to cleaning solvents; beauty products to pesticides; molds to carpeting, insulation, neighbors, cell towers, transmission lines, mining to industry, city water, cat litter... The list goes on that prevents Raven from ever finding a home that she could ever move into and live within. What you and I take for granted as a way of living, Raven suffers unimaginable physical, emotional and cognitive symptoms from disorientation to severe gallbladder attacks, chronic heartburn and bowel and abdominal pain to lymph attacks that is so desperately painful to watch her endure. Raven has had 2 heart attacks in the past 18 months due to over exposures outside of the home and the stress of the life that two other people's choices have left her to deal with. She has bouts of loss of consciousness, right side paralysis, migraines that last for days, motor skill problems, tremors, brain fog, hives, lymph swelling, bone pain,profound inflammation so intense that she burns inside and out, blurred vision and a list too long to write here. Her body pain is significant but what her heart has suffered in terms of loss and betrayal and heartbreak is so sIgnificant and heart-rendering that it makes one weep. Her strength is awe-inspiring but we see her slipping and this woman is truly a bright light in the unimaginable dark. Letters were submitted to Bank of America by her ex-husband explaining her health condition. Letters were also written by her daughter, by Ravens dear childhood friend who has come to help her and by Raven herself explaining the disability and that THE HOME SHE LIVES IN IS BUILT SPECIFICALLY for HER and that she will DIE if she is forced out of HER home onto the streets due to other people's choices and self-centered needs. Bank of America REFUSED to read or acknowledge Ravens special needs and medical issues because she ONLY is on the deed of the house and does not hold the note. She is insignificant and disregarded by Bank of America, ReconTrust and Nationstar as not worthy and entitled of mention!!?? Raven losing her home is tragically problematic. Ravens body cannot tolerate exhaust fumes from vehicles, smoke from campfires, is too weak to constantly set up and tear down camp moving sometimes every hour or so when camping. As an offset to the autoimmune illness, she suffers from porphyria, a rare condition that disallows Ravens body from being able to be out in the sun or in direct sunlight. She is simply the girl in the bubble and living outside of her home is deadly for this loving, most beloved of people. I am not willing to sit back and continue to let her be victimized without a stand and a fight for her life. She has been hurt enough by other people's choices, by betrayal, by abandonment to the extreme. I am requesting of those good-hearted people to stand beside her in the fight to save her home by paying the house in full and covering insurance and taxes for a few years for her. Ravens van, her only safe vehicle, the engine blew. She scraped money together for a neighbor to put an engine in, a rebuilt. The van is too toxic for her to be in due to an extreme exhaust issue. The van needs a new engine put in it immediately. It's burn season and their is a scheduled burn in her area that will require evacuation. She has 20 minutes to be out of a burn zone before she is paralyzed and can die from brain swelling. Her well is nearly dry and it needs significant work to get water to the house without burning out her pump. She is raising her grandson with her daughter and has assumed primary care of the baby, financial and all. The joy is vast and the burden is significant. She has necessary livestock that feeds the family and allows her some minor financial flow. Raven MUST eat organically and has only 7 foods she can safely eat. If she were to lose the house, she would lose all of her livestock she has invested in and would be unable to feed herself or her grandson who must have goat milk to thrive. Raven may be insignificant to Bank of America, to Nationstar, to ReconTrust but she is NOT insignificant to her 23 year old daughter and her 13 month old grandson who needs her more than ever. This woman needs medical care. She gets no medical services because all of her needs are out-of-pocket. She must have B-12 pharmaceutical grade and other natural and allopathic support to survive let alone recover. Theres a center up in Reno that wishes to have Raven come in for a host of tests, give her the needed blood transfusions and help her with a treatment program to begin her ascent into healing. She must receive NAET in order to help facilitate her ability to eat more foods and tolerate them to build strength. Raven MUST receive acupuncture to help with the pain she lives in in her internal systems while building strength and promoting sustainable health. She needs to be slowly detoxed and needs a special sauna built to do so. All of her detox pathways are compromised. Raven has been thrust so intensely into survival mode that her adrenals are burned out and the cancer issue cannot even be addressed. We MUST help her to relax, smile, heal, create memories for her family and herself, and to focus on healing rather than dying. Raven recently confided in me that she feels so much of her health issues, albeit factual and true, also has come from a life that never seemed to matter to anyone but herself. That all she has ever truly wanted was to know that she mattered and that she could move past the family doctrine of never being seen, heard or known. She said that she always felt as if she were here only to serve others and when it came to her turn for caring, love and nurture, she was left alone with no place to go. She went on to say that living without a heard voice was like living in a death camp for an entire life and when she spoke up, she felt she mattered to no one. Will we let this be her living and dying truth? Will we as her global family allow this woman to live and due by others choices when we can make a difference? When she CAN be saved? Will we also walk away, turn our backs and allow her to lose everything being abandoned ill to the streets? Help her to fight, please! Help her, this child of light and grace, to transform her life into the magnificence she came to live. Help her to recover her dignity, save her home, keep her family safe and together, to have the health care she desperately needs to survive and the time to heal her broken body and her broken heart. Help her to have a voice and the hope that there is more to life than isolation and suffering. Together people, lets stop Bank of America and Recontrust and Nationstar from stealing this woman's home (that has no original title and incorrect information on the deed of trust), her livestock, her family, and her very life.
