🔎🌱 Camp Curiosity is Coming to Washington County! 🧪🎨🐂

Calling all young explorers! Join us for a full day of hands-on learning, creativity, and fun at Camp Curiosity!

Campers will rotate through exciting workshops and discover the world of:
🌱 Horticulture
🐂 Animal Science
🎨 Expressive Arts
🧪 STEM
🍳 Food Science

📅 Date: August 4, 2026
⏰ Time: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
📍 Location: Washington County OSU Extension Office

👧🧒 Who Can Attend?
Youth who live in Washington County or attend a Washington County school and will be entering 3rd–5th grade during the 2026–2027 school year.

One of the things I'm most excited about this year's Summer Demo Day is that you're in control.

You'll choose the demonstrations that interest you most. Whether you want to climb into a soil pit, sweep for insects, learn crop growth stages, see nitrogen application methods, or improve your scouting skills, you'll spend the morning focused on topics that fit your operation.

That's what Extension is: practical, hands-on, and relevant.

We know it's been pretty wet these past few weeks, but for those of you who have managed to get some hay baled, or are planning to cut and bale soon, now is a great time to schedule a hay test!
