Program Purpose
This program is designed to help athletes improve overall performance through structured strength training, conditioning, speed, and agility development.
This is not a Weightlifting camp or a CrossFit-style workout. It is a comprehensive athletic development program focused on long-term success and injury prevention that also includes an hour of sport-specific skills each day.
The goal is to develop the total athlete—stronger, faster, more coordinated, and better prepared for sport competition.

Common topics -
Yes we know that some will miss for vacation, camp, reunions, etc....they should - it is summer and they should enjoy it. When they are in town, we want them up here training with their coaches and teammates.
No it is not mandatory, but we also know that they will lose the developed strength, speed and power gains (up to 4%/week) by taking the summer off. The goal is to not lose everything gained this year and to have our athletes training with their teammates towards a shared goal.
Yes, you have to be enrolled in the program to be part of the coach directed sport-skills practice held for an hour everyday .
