The ND Region III Homeless Coalition is seeking volunteers for the upcoming Point-in-Time (PIT) Count on July 9th, 2025.

This important effort helps us gather data on both sheltered and unsheltered individuals experiencing homelessness in our region. The information collected is vital in securing funding and providing resources to those who need it most.

Even if you can spare just one hour of your evening, your time can make a meaningful difference.

Heartfelt thanks and deepest appreciation to Lake Region State College Ambassadors, Prairieview Elementary School, our Region and our communities for the generous donations to support those in need. I will be working diligently to ensure these items are donated to SAAF, Devils Lake Shelter, Belcourt Shelter, Dunseith Shelter, and the Hope Center. We at the Homeless Coalition are eternally grateful!

As we near the end of Hunger and Homelessness Week, I urge you to share a heartwarming selfie of yourself or your loved ones gathered around the dinner table, and if possible, consider donating a small, non-perishable item to bring joy and nourishment to those seeking a warm meal this holiday season.

Drop off locations include: Lake Region State College, Lake Region Human Service Center, Lake Refion Law Endorcement Center, Devils Lake Fire Station, Lake Region Ambulance and the VFW.

The Region III coalition along with the Lake Region Royal Ambassadors and Phi Theta Kappa is leading a warm mittens and hats drive, as well as collecting non-perishable food items to benefit our Region III shelters. If you feel inspired to give, your contribution will have a direct impact on those who need it most.
