St. Aidens is asking for assistance at their Harvest Fest.

In return for the use of their facilities for Roundtable, they are asking that we help out.

Scouts can earn service hours.

I have a Pack that is in need of a Pinewood Derby track. Ideally with someone who knows how to run it if it is electronic. They are targeting early April and would be willing to rent it.

Help needed at St. Aidens.

They allow us to use the space at St. Aidens free of charge for Roundtable. We would like to return the favor by assisting the Church with their Spring Flow Sale. They need Scouts to help out on May 17th at 8am, 10am, and 12 noon. We are looking for 2-4 Scouts per 2 hour shift. Please use the sign-up genius link below.

This was emailed to the Key 3 of each unit and also presented at Roundtable. The District Commissioner has published a survey for unit leaders with several questions pertaining to roundtable and other items. If you are a leader of any sort with a Sunset District Unit, please feel free to respond.

Some of you may have experienced an issue renewing your membership and gotten an error saying missing organization or the like.

National has fixed it. You may need to clear your cache, but it should work.

January's Roundtable (Thursday, Jan 8th) will be centered around Troops having tables for Arrow of Light Leaders and Cubs to come meet them.

We are inviting all troops to send a couple of adults and a couple of Scouts to man a table so that Arrow of light Den Leaders, Parents and Cubs can meet the troops and see their options for when the cross over.

In order to succeed, we need to know what Troops will be attending. Please use the Sign Up Genius link below to let us know.

Troops will need to show up at 6:30 to setup. Round Table will start at 7 with the typical opening and a few short announcements.
