(HTLB POST)
Beloved Brothers & Sisters:
I hope this message find you well. We are looking for anyone who has been beaten and forced to sign a false confession by Sgt. Ron Sanders or Ofc. Gregory Edwards. If these police officers were the cause of you being wrongfully convicted, then please contact Claudia Whitman from the National Capital Crime Assistance Network (NCCAN) at (970)676-4254.
On another note... being locked down behind the razor wire fence is a horrible feeling, especially for those of you who have been "legally" sentenced to die with a LIFE sentence. I'll never forget when I was in the Wayne County Jail (Detroit), going to trial, fighting a murder, and facing LIFE. And I'll never forget the men who are doing time, especially those who I knew at Thumb CF and Kinross when I done 2 for the gun.
On Oct 18th, 2022, I had the privilege to return to Thumb CF in Lapeer, Michigan to pickup a friend who I met when I was there. His name is James T. Fuller, aka Bear. He served 33 years the 1st time, stayed out for 2, came back for a gun, and served 10 more. 2 days before his release, 50 men came down on base and gave him a bunch of hugs and a "Freedom" card along with farewell salutations. On the day of his release, I waited for Bear in the parking lot. We hugged and shared tears of joy. The video of his release can be seen on Facebook at Keith Hudson.
On Aug 11th, 2022, Leon Douglas, aka Louie Boy, was released from Kinross. He had served 50 calendar years behind bars. When it was time for him to leave, about 40 to 50 prisoners walked Louie Boy to the control center in a royal fashion. I remember doing time with Louie Boy at Thumb, and I used to be like "Dang, he has done more time behind bars than I been alive." That was way too much time, and I'm so glad he is home. What made his release even better is that I was able to hangout with both Louie Boy and Bear together, at the same time. That is a memory I'll never forget.
Both Bear and Louie Boy had been told by the courts that they would die in prison, that they'd never see the streets again. Man often tells us one thing, but God can override what man says whenever He so chooses. God has great things in store for his people. He says
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. (Jeremiah 29.11) (KJV). But it is important that we live our lives in submission to him, to give him honor and glory, and let him use us to be a blessing in this world. I hope that this message reminds you that God is still alive and no matter how bad your situation looks, God can do the impossible.
I love you with the love of Christ. Your problem isn't too big for God. He hasn't lost a fight yet. And remember, if you ever feeling down, just look up!
