💜 NAFC (Northwest Activities & Family Center) — A trusted community resource connecting residents to healthcare, wellness, and family support services.

💛 Detroit HUDA Clinic — A volunteer-driven clinic dedicated to expanding access to care for uninsured and underserved residents.

💜 East Side Community Health Center — Providing affordable, community-focused healthcare services for Detroit families.

✨ Many community members may qualify for free or low-cost services such as health screenings, primary care visits, health education, care navigation, and wellness resources through local community health partners.
