Rx for Reading Detroit Raising Readers, One Book at a Time.

Working to overcome the opportunity gap by expanding access to high-quality children’s books and supporting families in reading with their children. We distribute new and gently used children’s books throughout Metro Detroit through our community partners, including low-income health, dental and WIC clinics, homeless shelters, Head Start programs, community centers, churches, and local schools.
