In celebration of Liberia’s Independence Day, Loving Arms for Liberia had the privilege of spending a memorable day with the wonderful children at the Orphanage Home in Kakata. Their smiles and laughters are proof that our past doesn’t define our future.

We are grateful for the opportunity to help move donated clothes one step closer to kids in Liberia who are in need of them.

These clothes were gathered here in the U.S. through the generosity of Christian Arab moms in the Middle East, donating for children in Liberia. Today was pickup day which is the first step in a much longer journey of sorting, packing, warehousing, and eventually loading a container bound for Liberia.

To every mom who gave, every hand that helped pack, and every heart that believed a child across the world was worth the effort, thank you. Your generosity doesn’t go unnoticed, and it’s already on its way to making a difference.

A Huge Thank You to Office Depot!

We are beyond grateful for the generous donation from Office Depot/OfficeMax in Northville, MI.
Thanks to their kindness, we received comforters, towels, school supplies, and so much more items that will truly make a difference for those we serve.

A special shoutout to Cassie, Sr. Assistant Manager, and the entire team at the Haggerty Rd location for making this happen. Your generosity means the world to us.

Loving Arms for Liberia Extends Compassion Through a Community Health Outreach.

Loving Arms for Liberia (LAFL), in partnership with REACH for Abandoned & Children in Hardships (REACH), carried out a meaningful donation outreach aimed at supporting vulnerable individuals and strengthening community care.
As part of this initiative, two barrels of essential supplies including hand sanitizers, pull-ups, clothing, and rice were donated to both the JFK Hospital and the Antoinette Tubman Cheshire Home. These items were carefully selected to meet urgent needs and to contribute to the comfort, hygiene, and well-being of patients, children, and caregivers within these institutions.
In spaces where challenges are often overwhelming, even the simplest gestures can bring reassurance and hope.

We extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who contributed to making this outreach possible, especially DTE Energy and Local 223 AFL-CIO for their continued support.
