Attention Please. Your college degree, your trade school training, your grants and loans you applied for to attend these colleges, trade schools do not mean anything. I know you are alarmed. You have to go through the Professional Bureau of Licensing to tell you if you earned that degree, that certificate. They do not care if you graduated. They feel you did not earn it until you pay them to take their exam. They have control over every single licensing out there that requires an education. I know it is unfair since you worked so hard to get that diploma. Your dream will be heartened if you do not pay them to pass that exam. Do not send your child to college. Do not enroll in any occupational trade school. What for, what's the use if you still have to pay licensing of regulatory affairs every year, and really come out your pocket to pay the Bureau of professional licensing. Your tuition did not go to them so they are going to get theirs by forcing you to go through them.
