Creating A Healthy Community (CAHEC) Program, Incorporated is a private, non-profit 501C 3 community based organization, founded in 2003. CAHEC is licensed by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) to provide Community Change, Alternatives, Information and Training: (CAIT) and Outpatient SUD Treatment.
