For three days, Detroit turns into one big dance floor.

In the heart of downtown at Hart Plaza, Movement brings locals, international visitors, underground legends, and first-timers together in the birthplace of techno, surrounded by the riverfront and city skyline.

People move from stage to stage, then out into the city. Music spills into bars, afterparties, galleries, restaurants, and neighborhoods across Detroit all weekend long.

“Hospitality Included couldn’t exist without Detroit”

Thor Jones moved here from Atlanta in 2011 and built his life in Detroit. What started as a move turned into something deeper, a place where family, community, and purpose all came together.

In 2020, he founded Hospitality Included, grounded in the belief that how you treat people matters just as much as what you do.
