Grief isn’t something you “get over.”
It’s something you carry with you and it shows up different every single day.

If can looks like tears, laughter & memories that make you smile, and sometimes you don’t even realize you’re feeling it.

The reminder in this is simple:
Honor your feelings in every form they come in.

Grief isn’t a life sentence. It’s a reflection of love… every memory, every emotion, every moment attached to them.

A love letter that never really ends.
