(Detroit Industrial Gardeners) is student led organization at Wayne State University that serves as an open forum to discuss issues related to urban gardening and sustainability on campus and around Detroit. Located between the David Adamany Undergraduate Library (UGL), the D.I.G. garden works in conjunction with SEED Wayne to grow and distribute various types of herbs and vegetables for Wayne Sta

te’s Wednesday Farmer’s Market. Future projects (school gardening outreach, community garden building, herb oil distillation, soap making, balm making, etc.), which implement the use of the garden, are currently in works. Co-Presidents: Jacob Grobbel & Adam Pruett
