Sayyiduna Khalid ibn al-Walid (رضي الله عنه) fought many battles, yet never tasted defeat. With barely 16–20 thousand Muslims, limited provisions, and unwavering faith, he shattered a Byzantine force said to number up to 150,000.

The Roman king mocked the believers, saying: “Your army is weak and poor. Return to Madinah, and I will feed you and enrich you for two years.”
Khalid (رضي الله عنه) replied with resolve — he would not return until the Romans were overcome. And by the will of Allah, the Muslims were victorious.

Khalid (رضي الله عنه) later said he carried a hair of the Prophet ﷺ in his helmet during campaigns, and through its blessing, Allah granted him victory.

If such strength lay in a single hair of Rasulullah ﷺ, how can we ever comprehend what Allah placed in his entire noble being?

We were a people honored through Islam. The moment we sought honor from anything other than Allah, we were humiliated.
May Allah rectify our affairs and elevate us once again. Ameen.

This is the resting place of the Prophet's ﷺ son, Sayyiduna Ibrahim. He passed away in infancy and his departure caused Rasūlullāh ﷺ great pain. In his final moments, the Prophet ﷺ picked him up and wept profusely until all those around him began to weep. Some of the Sahaba had never seen the Beloved so emotional. He said, 'The eyes shed tears and the heart grieves but we shall not say anything except that which pleases our Lord. O Ibrahim, surely we are pained by your separation!"

Our Master Muhammad ﷺ went through so much but his patience only increased. Dear brothers and sisters who have lost someone they truly cared about- remain strong and continue on no matter how hard it seems. The meeting with those we loved and lost is soon insha'Allah.
