We were saddened to learn during our meeting on Wednesday that Orlin Jones made his transition from this earthly life and joined the ancestors earlier that day.

A life long resident and Historian of Conant Gardens in Detroit, proud Pershing High School Alumni, member of Black Historic Sites Committee at Detroit Historical Society for several years, and a wealth of knowledge and inspiration to many - Mr. Jones will be dearly missed.
