You "Glow" Girl Org GLOW is a young women’s mentoring program committed to Edifying, Encouraging, Educating, Empowering youth and young women.

We help them grow confidently in education and life skills while also nurturing their gifts in the arts, music, poetry, and dance Through intentional mentorship, personal development programs, and community support, our mission is to Encourage, Enrich, Empower, and Edify each young woman we serve. At You Glow Girl, we believe every girl deserves the chance to shine—and we’re here to help her Glow

from the inside out. With our focus on building confidence, resilience, and purpose, we do this through one-on-one mentoring, group workshops, and community engagement, our programs helps young women discover their voice, own their power, and Glow boldly into their future.
