Here is an opportunity for them to visit the Upper Peninsula and learn how to backpack through nature this summer! This is for DPSCD students entering 10th-12th grade this Fall! This Saturday, May 22, Parks and Recreation will be hosting two focus groups for youth 12-17 to tell us what they would like to see in their Parks and Recreation Division. Following the focus groups, each youth participant will be invited to stay for pizza and a game of kick-ball. Participants will also be provided a $10 Visa gift card or their time.

Focus groups will last approximately an hour and a half and will be held outside in two parks. Total time for each event will be approximately 2 or 2.5 hours..

Each focus group is limited to 15 participants. Masks will be required.
