It's next SUNDAY!! August 30th. The events this year are:
-Talent Show (think tricks or routines)
-Catch This!
-For the Senior Dogs (7+) Early Bird Special eating contest
-Costume Class
-High Jump
-Obstacle Course
-Musical Hoops
-Wet T shirt Contest

New this year is an event for Humans Only - rescheduled from our specialty weekend. Contestants will purchase one or more prefilled (with pine pellets) P**p Bags and toss them into a 5 gallon bucket. P**ps available in both mini and standard sizes starting at $2, quantity discounts available The P**p Toss will take place after the match, and just before lunch.

The tossing distance will be increased until only ONE person can make the bucket. Winner gets 50% of the entry money AND a photo wearing the P**petual Trophy Hat! Don't miss it!

The Obstacle Course is a timed event using some of the obstacles on the Keylore agility park. Everything is set a a safe height and dogs run one at a time. Obstacles may vary year to year, but it's always a lot of fun to run or watch, the area is fenced so your dog can run on or off lead. Catch This! Is for those dogs that can catch anything. Dogs are judged on their ability to catch an edible item of their handler's choice. First round is best performance on 3 tries, then if necessary a catch-off for most consecutive catches to determine the winner. BYO treats recommended, but the club will supply treats if needed. The Wet T Shirt contest is new this year, so apologies for the AI image! It will be similar to the previously used Dress Up an Run event, where teams run to a bucket with wet t shirts, put one on their dog. The shirt must over the head and both front legs and then return to the start line. Run in heats, judged by time. The club provides hot dogs for our potluck lunch and members bring yummy sides. We appreciate donations, but we always have plenty of food, so no worries if you are hungry and didn't bring a side. The Bullyolympics will be Sunday, August 30th in Flushing MI, check the Events tab for more into.

If you are curious about dog shows, have a dog that needs practice, or want just want a chance to show off your dog and support the club, we will have a Terrier Group B match to start the day. Classes for dogs 3 months and up as well an exhibition only for champions, veterans, and just anyone that wants to show off. All Terrier breeds welcome, our judge will be Sharon Keillor of Shadowood Bull Terriers. The B Match and Bullyolympics will be Sunday, August 30th in Flushing MI, check the Events tab for more into.

If you have managed to train your Bull Terrier show their skills off in the Bullyolympics Talent Show event. Frankly, if you've trained your BT or MBT to do ANYTHING, you have a shot a winning .
