MISSION
U.N.I.T.Y (Uniting Neighborhoods and Inspiring Today’s Youth). We implement strategies to foster cohesion in the community and work with youth through mentoring and sports activities. We work with the communities to assist youth with recognizing their dreams and talents and improve community access to life improvement opportunities. PURPOSE
Annually we will provide support to communities i

n the tri-county area. Engaged in meeting the needs of the communities we serve by:
• Providing scholarships to high school students entering college or trade school.
• Providing support to families for after school programs.
• Providing support for families during the holiday season.
• Providing coaching and mentoring through youth sports. VISION
Grow a positive and collaborative community, which will contribute to the success of clean and safe communities. GOALS
Our yearly goal will be to make a difference in one new neighborhood. We will give deserving youth a program scholarship towards after school program to help assist in the financial cost of their dreams becoming reality.

First 15 1st card marking honor roll report cards we receive, we will give the child a Cold Stone gift card. Child must have:
• Honor Roll Program form submitted
• Copy of report card (No picture text)
