Cody Rouge Community Action Alliance "TRAILBLAZERS for TRANSFORMATION" Cody Rouge has always been a community that had a plethora or organizations at work.

The Cody Rouge Community Action Alliance was founded by a group of concerned residents and stake holder's ready to see change in their community. However, when the Cody Rouge community was chosen as one of the Skillman's Foundation Good Neighborhood's, it proved to be a catalyst to increase continuity and collaboration. The initiative helped the community to determine a goal that represented the i

nterest of youth. For more than three years the community worked to develop programs and policies to reach this goal. During this time, it was consistently realized that in order to effectively change the outcomes for youth, we needed to provide resources to help their parents. The creation of Cody Rouge Community Action Alliance was formed in February 2009 and is diligently seeking to pursue its mission and accomplish its vision of seeing healthy, proud and educated residents thriving in a safe resourceful culturally connected community.

The Summer Wellness Soirée is more than an event… it’s an experience intentionally created to pour back into the caregivers, working adults, and everyday people who spend so much time taking care of everyone else.

We are so excited to introduce the incredible wellness providers, speakers, healers, creatives, and community partners who will be helping us create a day filled with restoration, relaxation, mindfulness, healing, self-care, and connection.

From massage therapy, sound meditation, mini facials, mindfulness experiences, and beauty services to childcare support, wellness resources, and inspiring conversations this day was designed with YOU in mind.

Come meet the amazing providers helping us bring this vision to life and prepare for an afternoon focused on wellness, peace, and community.
