Wow it’s official! Cohort 3 of The Generational Givers has officially begun 🎉
We’re so excited to welcome new faces and continue this journey of growth and exploration with our youth. Over the weekend, we kicked things off with our first meeting, focused on team building and connection.

We can’t wait to embrace our young leaders and all that’s ahead. It’s up from here giving back with purpose and serving with heart 💚✨

2025 — what a year!

As we reflect, our hearts are filled with gratitude. We were blessed to serve our community not only physically, but also spiritually and mentally. We don’t just show up; we pray for our community, we pour into our community, and we leave lasting, personal impact.

These events are never just one-time moments. Each year, our goal is to grow bigger through meaningful partnerships and by spreading love even further. We start with our youth, helping them build their community, leading by example, and providing the resources they need to thrive especially mentally so they have a strong foundation to keep going.

To do everything in love and be a vessel for God is truly a blessing. And this is only the beginning.
We can only get BIGGER; don’t believe us? Just watch. ✨

Generational Givers Cohort 2! It’s a wrap! For 12 months we invested in young people by equipping them with leadership skills, practical life tools, and the values of love, service, and responsibility. Our young generation is our future ! It’s time we allow them to equip our world but they need to know where to start. “They share freely and give generously to those in need. Their good deeds will be remembered forever” (Psalm 112:9).

Happy Thanksgiving!
For seven years, we’ve had the honor of providing Thanksgiving meals to our community. This is more than just serving food, it’s about bringing people together and remembering what community truly means. We’re grateful to be vessels God uses to SERVE, and we pray that as we continue to grow, we’re able to impact even more families. Shoutout to our amazing chef chefdominicdet !! October 2025: We love team-building days! The Generational Givers range from ages 6 to 11, and with such a wide age gap, we focus on bringing everyone together not just through giving back and workshops, but through meaningful collaboration and teamwork. It’s all about learning to think, communicate, and work together to make the world a better place. One of our favorite activities was when they had to rank what items they would need if they were stranded on an island. They didn’t all agree at first, but it was amazing watching them share ideas, listen to each other, and come together as a team!

The Generational Givers took action in their community by planting trees! One of the key lessons we teach is the importance of caring for where you live. We had the privilege of partnering with The Greening of Detroit to plant four beautiful trees. Our goal is to instill in our youth the value of keeping our community safe, clean, and united no matter their age.

Check out our founder talking about our Resource Party we had in July. We created this Resource Party to help bridge the gap between our community and the resources in our city that can support them. There are so many amazing organizations doing important work but a lot of individuals simply don’t know about them. This event is about uplifting and informing.

Our Generational Givers got a taste of wellness! 🌿✨ Thank you and your business for pouring into our youth with knowledge about nutrition and herbs. They learned how different herbs support the body and even made their own! Education meets elevation thank you for helping us sow these seeds of health!
