✅15% total raises over 3 years – 9.5% within the first year

✅Caps on healthcare premiums

✅Protection of health benefits during leaves

✅A voice in staffing

✅Protection of retirement benefits

All other Corewell workers are just as essential, and we deserve the same union voice to improve our wages, benefits and working conditions.
