This summer, Detroit students learned something powerful:

Hip hop isn’t just culture. It's science, math, engineering, design, and creativity working together.

Thanks to our collaboration with the Kresge Award winning BRED Hip Hop Theatre Fest (HHTF) founders, campers in our summer STEAM programs explored beatmaking using real production tools. Students told us it was one of the best parts of camp.

Next year and beyond, we want to build on that spark.

Your end-of-year donation will help Motor City STEAM Foundation and HHTF bring even more hip hop-based STEAM experiences to youth like:

🎨 Graffiti arts + geometric design
