This appointment reflects her unwavering commitment to the Kingdom, her faithfulness in leadership, and her powerful influence among women across the body of Christ. Overseer Williams carries a spirit of excellence, wisdom, and compassion that will strengthen, unify, and empower women both nationally and internationally.

We celebrate this divine elevation and pray continued grace, favor, and strength as she steps into this global assignment.

Today, we honor and remember our founding father,
the late Apostle James E. Kellem.

On this day, we do not mourn as those without hope, but we celebrate a life poured out in obedience, vision, and apostolic authority. Apostle Kellem was more than a leader—he was a spiritual father, a builder of covenant, and a steward of the Kingdom of God.

Through his faithfulness, Dominion Covenant Fellowship of Churches International was birthed and established on the foundation of truth, order, and apostolic alignment. His voice still echoes through the lives he covered, the leaders he raised, and the vision he released into the earth.

Though he has transitioned from labor to reward, his legacy yet lives. We remain grateful for his sacrifice, his wisdom, and his unwavering commitment to God’s call.

Today we say, “Servant of God, well done.”
Your labor was not in vain.
Your imprint is eternal.
Your legacy continues through us.

Let’s remember his beloved wife, Pastor Victorene Kellem, the family and church in our prayers.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Pastor James Shanks as Director of Christian Education for Dominion Covenant Fellowship International.

In addition to this appointment, we are excited to announce the launch of the Dominion Covenant Bible Institute, in association with Anchor Bible College. This initiative provides a powerful opportunity for those seeking to further their ministerial and theological education.
