is steadfast in its mission to transcend the traditional notions of a sorority by utilizing the power and passion of our sisterhood. This mission is put to action in every colony and chapter across the United States, creating a collective force of positive social change on both the college campus and surrounding communities. Through our commitment to service, the sisters of Delta Phi Omega reach b

eyond the box of university life, remaining connected to the world around them and proactive in efforts of human progress. While the sisters remain active in a range of philanthropic services, the sorority’s paramount objective is to bring awareness and continual support to an often overlooked cause: children’s education and literacy. The children of today are tomorrow's leaders- but without the skills to unlock their potential, the door to a successful future remains shut. By ensuring each child, regardless of race, religion, or creed, a quality education and the power to read, we give them the keys to a limitless future. Therefore, the sisters of Delta Phi Omega are doing their part to ensure that each child is given the awesome power to read and obtain a befitting education, by educating the public on the epidemic of illiteracy, fundraising for our philanthropic partners, and volunteering in literacy and educational settings. This mission has been realized most publicly through the sorority’s annual Literacy Through Unity week, a national initiative which to date has risen over $34,000 for children’s education and literacy. also encourages sisters to spread our volunteerism to numerous causes and non-profit organizations. The sorority’s active role on both a national and local level has created a reputation for responsibility and active commitment to service. In realizing these ideals, the sorority instills the importance of altruism, community involvement, and personal growth through service in all of its members. are doing our part to rise above the stereotype, and demonstrate the positive impact that a sisterhood can create, both within our organization and our world.

The sisters of the Phi Chapter of Delta Phi Omega, the sisters of the Wayne State University Colony of Sigma Sigma Rho, and the brothers of the Wayne State University Associate Chapter of Sigma Beta Rho would like to present to you all our joint fundraiser: A Bingo Board in which the proceeds will go towards the organization of your choice. Each one of our organizations are dedicated and committed to combat Anti-Black racism and in light of the events transpiring across the United States we would like to provide an avenue in which individuals can safely and freely support this crucial matter.

The sisters of Delta Phi Omega are supporting Campaign Zero. Campaign Zero utilizes their funds to further support the analysis of police policies throughout the nation to aid in the abolishment of police brutality nationwide.

Meanwhile, the sisters of Sigma Sigma Rho are supporting Communities United Against Police Brutality (CUAPB). CUAPB is an organization that provides support for survivors of police brutality and families of victims so they are able to help end police brutality.

Simultaneously, the brothers of Sigma Beta Rho are supporting the Police Use of Force Project. The Police Use of Force Project uses its earnings to research and urge police departments to adapt policies that align with more restrictive use of force policies.
