Motor City Grounds Crew Motor City Grounds Crew's mission is to strengthen neighborhoods through green space beautification, youth sports activation, and community tool libraries.

Motor City Grounds Crew was founded in 2010 with initial support from the Lear Corporation as an initiative to enhance and maintain public parks and other spaces in Detroit. Before MCGC began, many of these properties had not been properly maintained for several years. MCGC is about more than just cleaning up debris and mowing grass; MCGC works to revitalize neighborhoods by engaging residents in

bringing life back to parks and public spaces. MCGC has developed close working relationships with neighborhood groups and community development organizations around the city and enjoys a reputation among residents as a positive force for change and neighborhood revitalization.

Detroit! It’s time to run it back Sunday at .garden 🌱

We're kicking it off with another Pistons Corner Pre-Game Party this Sunday starting at 11AM! Family friendly and face painting by Stephanie Mae 🎨

Location: Pistons Corner — 600 Plum St, Downtown Detroit (right across from MGM Casino) 📍

It’s an early pre-game edition, so pull up early and get loud with us before tip-off!

We’ll be outside again, so make sure you wear shoes you don’t mind getting a little dirty. Let’s show up, show out, and bring that Detroit energy!
