Al-Ikhlas Training Academy is a PreK - 12th Grade Islamic School located in the city of Detroit, Michigan. Follow us to stay updated! JazakhAllahKhair

As-Salaamu-Alaikum (Peace Be Unto All)

This page serves to bring together both Family, friends, and all those who support Al-Ikhlas Training Academy (ATA). In this page, you will find current school updates, ways to help the school, and a chance to renew old friendships with your ATA classmates. As you may know, ATA is private school with NO financial help from the government. With that being said, there will be many fundraising opportunities that us members of the ATA family can help with. We ask that you open your hearts (and your wallets) to support the school that helped you in every way that it did.

The legacy continues through all of us. 💙

A heartfelt reminder from one of our teachers: Brother Nadir may no longer be with us, but the standards he established must remain strong. We honor his legacy by continuing the work, striving for excellence, and never becoming complacent.

May Allah have mercy on Brother Nadir and help us carry his mission forward. Ameen.

As every ATA student moves forward on their educational journey, let us remember to thank those who support us every step of the way, especially our parents, whose love, sacrifices, and encouragement make every achievement possible. 🎓💙

The Prophet ﷺ said: “مَن لم يشكرِ الناسَ لم يشكرِ اللهَ” - “Whoever does not thank people has not thanked Allah.”

May Allah reward every parent and grant our graduates guidance and success in all that lies ahead. Ameen.

Go discover. Go cure cancer. Go make a difference, while keeping Allah at the heart of everything you do. 🎓💙

As you move forward, remember Imam Nadir Ahmad, may Allah have mercy on him, and honor the legacy of the school he founded to help us become better Muslims.

And remember the teachings of our Prophet ﷺ when he said: “المُؤمِنُ القَويُّ خَيرٌ وأحَبُّ إلى اللهِ مِنَ المُؤمِنِ الضَّعيفِ، وفي كُلٍّ خَيرٌ”- “The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, while there is good in both.”

ATA students and alumni: go forward and be strong, in faith, character, knowledge, and every possible way.
