☀️ It is officially hotter than a jalapeño out there! 🌶️🥵

With a Heat Advisory in effect for today and tomorrow (June 11 & 12), heat index values are expected to reach a scorching 100 degrees during the afternoon and evening.

Please take care of yourselves and each other! Check in on your neighbors, our seniors, and don't forget to keep your pets cool and hydrated. 🐾❤️

If you need a break from the heat, The Commons is OPEN to help you beat the heat.

Our community deserves peace, safety, and a future free from gun violence. This Saturday, let’s come together to honor innocent victims and stand united with the organizations and individuals working tirelessly to eradicate gun violence in Detroit.

Powered by Church of the Messiah Detroit and B.L.V.D Harambee, this is our time to make a real difference.
