Hello Friends,

In case you weren’t aware, in 2023 I cofounded the Michigan Notary Association with my business partner Leslie Hocker.
After 2 years of hosting weekly calls for members of our notary networking FB group, we decided to take it to another level so we could reach more Michigan Notaries.

We have events planned for every month in 2024. Our next event will be an empowering Notary Workshop on Saturday, February 3rd, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at the American Legion in Howell, MI (3265 W. Grand River Ave., 48855).

This inclusive and interactive workshop is open to current notaries and those aspiring to become notaries, with or without MINA Membership. The cost is a mere $25 per person, covering a wealth of notary related topics and networking opportunities.

We wanted to keep costs low, just a mere $25, so more notaries could afford to attend, thus, you will need to bring your own bag lunch, and beverage.

Some notaries are carpooling, so if you need ride, please indicate that on the registration form

I am asking everyone who reads this post to forward it to or tag every notary that they know. Everybody knows a notary, and some of you are notaries. If you’ve ever felt uncertain about calls, General Notary work, or form completion, you're not alone!

This is an open invitation to everyone to visit the MINA website at www.michigannotaryassociation.org and see the good work that the Michigan Notary Association is doing. You can sign up for any of our events via our Events tab.

For the February event, bring your notary bags and dress for success, and who knows, your photo might just make it to our social media! 📸🤗
