UPDATE: As many of you are aware, lawsuit proceedings for the Greenfield Dino-Mite Concrete Crusher were once again postponed last week on Thursday (03/28/24). This latest postponement came once again due to the illness of Wayne County Circuit Court Judge Dana Hathaway. The new date for the court proceedings to begin is on Thursday May 2, 2024 at 11am. Please keep in mind that this issue and this case continues to gain public attention and momentum! And we residents who are being negatively impacted by this concrete crushing operation in our neighborhood must continue to remain prayerful, faithful, and diligent in our battle for environmental justice! We deserve the right to breathe clean air!
