Stay Warm and Safe Detroit

DTE Energy is alerting you to expect extreme cold weather and advising steps to reduce energy usage and bill impact, including setting the thermostat to a comfortable temperature, sealing gaps, and using draft stoppers or rolled-up towels against doors and windows.

•wear a hat that covers your ears and wear socks to keep your feet warm and dry, to protect yourself from hyperthermia and frostbite.
