Something that we love to do is go to a local park with loads of chalk and bubbles. As soon as we walk into the park the local kids recognize us and start doing art with us. Chalk art is a wonderful way to get to know some kids, and their parents, in the area.
This past summer, , joined us for a week and we helped us in our local evangelism time. One conversation was really good about the difference between Islam and Christianity. This conversation was between a local middle schooler and a girl on this team. It was a great conversation between two people that were very different but could come together and have a gentle conversation while drawing sidewalk chalk.
These moments are great for young people to be apart of and can easily led to sharing your faith with another person. We love to see this youth group continuing to do this sidewalk chalk evangelism in there local parks.
