encouraging people of differing backgrounds to spend time

• Conducting hard research on mortality, incarceration,
generational wealth, education, and other areas of
importance, and presenting that data in digestible bits to inform

• Be respectful of others and yourself.
• Do not post material that is racist, profane, obscene,
abusive, harassing or embarrassing.
• Do not post anything you would not be willing to advertise on
a highway.
• Be relevant and accurate - Social media at its best is an
exchange of helpful or interesting information. Make sure
your posts are accurate and pertain to the thread currently
being discussed.
• If you think twice about posting it – don’t.
• Posts containing information related to illegal activities, racial
slurs, threats of violence and pornographic material will be
removed. In certain situations, the post, as well as the
content, will be reported to authorities depending on the
nature of the content. Purpose
The purpose of this social media group is to provide a venue for activists to network, brainstorm, and share experiences. Members are encouraged to discuss current projects, including what strategies have been working and where challenges lie, seek advice, and promote collaboration. Additionally, this forum provides opportunities to share personal, frontline stories, such as protester photos and videos. The types of posts may vary and generally fall into the following categories:
