This past weekend, the mamas of the mom wellness cave got together for some fun at the nature center. The kids got a chance to explore all over and then play and bond while the moms catched up with one another.

A few weeks ago we were honored for our work in the wellness space by and it was truly a reminder of our purpose and what our community means to women in the metro Detroit area.

The work we do is not easy work and sometimes it’s overwhelming to be a mom and have to work so hard to make sure that moms are represented in the best possible way, to make sure that moms feelings are heard and that they feel seen and supported in a world that constantly looks over them.

While this journey has not been easy it has always been worth it. This is a reminder that through community, resiliency and dedication we can create better outcomes for ourselves and our children. Thank you again for this honor and making sure communities like ours feel understood and thank you to all of the incredible women and organizations that we had the privilege of being honored alongside.
