We love a curry dish, this is a meal that’s shown up on my page before, and this time a mom asked if we could make it work for her. 🤎

Curries have so many layers ! Warmth, depth, and flexibility ,which makes them a great option when you’re looking for something nourishing and comforting.

Slowing down, doing what you enjoy, and creating space to rest really does matter ,even when life feels full.☺️🤎

As a full-time student, mom, and entrepreneur, meal planning isn’t just about feeding my family, it’s one of my forms of self-care. Taking the “think work” out of food keeps stress low and makes sure we’re nourished in the middle of busy weeks.

Here’s a quick look at how I plan meals :

•If we have chicken, I choose a flavor profile to lean into (Asian cuisine is always a favorite ).
•On seafood nights, I’ll pair it with carb and greens.
•Rice bowls are always a hit, we just switch up the protein+ toppings to keep it fun.

Yesterday, as I celebrated another trip around the sun🥳 🎉🎂🎈I took a moment to reflect on the incredible journey I’ve been on,personally and professionally. This past year has been full of growth, challenges, and so many lessons that continue to grow & shape me.🤎

Building The Lotus House has been a labor of love, one rooted in my passion for nurturing and uplifting others. As I step into this new chapter, I’m filled with gratitude for every mom I’ve had the honor to serve and every moment that has taught me the importance of balance, self-care, and intention.

Here’s to embracing this next year with open arms, pouring even more love into my work, and continuing to grow alongside the amazing community I’ve built. Thank you for being a part of this journey, it means the world to me. Cheers to a year of purpose and abundance!🤎
