Living Waters Community Development Corporation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide programs that will create a vibrant community

The Living Waters Community Development Corporation started with the Vision of Pastor Claude Allen May. He is the pastor of Oasis of Hope Christian Church. As a life-long resident of Detroit, Pastor May is very interested in the revival of the City of Detroit. He believes that the church should have an integral part in the revival of the city. He is saddened by all the blight that has overtaken th

e city. Pastor May remembered how in his youth the church was the center of the community and all who lived in the area sought out the church as a place of help and refuge. God was leading him to help reestablish that tradition. The Living Waters CDC was created with that vision in mind. Our mission is to provide programs and services that will create a sustainable and vibrant community.

Oasis of Hope, under the leadership of Senior Pastor Claude Allen May, in conjunction with Living Waters C.D.C. will be safely handing out Quarantine Food Boxes on Saturday, May 16th beginning at 12Noon while supplies last!

Keep the Spirit of Giving going!

Living Waters Community Development Corporation was birthed from the vision of Pastor Claude Allen May to support the Detroit community families become more viable. In 2019, we have served over 500 individuals with our monthly feeding service, Free Day of Hope Community Outreach, Free Housing Workshop, and joint sponsorship of Angel Tree Christmas program. We look forward to serving more families in 2020 with your help!

Living Waters Community Development Corporation is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization; EIN # 47-3005050. All contributions are tax deductible under section 170 of the I.R.S.

Come out next Saturday, June 15th @ 6:30pm to Oasis of Hope Church, 933 West 7 Mile, Detroit, MI for our 2nd Annual Clean Comedy Jam hosted by Living Waters Community Development Corporation! It's Family Friendly, concessions will be sold, and you can even make it a Father's Day Gift and Outing!!!

Tickets are only $20 and our awesome host is The King of Clean Comedy, Mic Larry! Last year we had 5 fabulous comedians that kept us laughing the entire evening! All proceeds will be used to sponsor our annual Community Event, Day of Hope which is Saturday, August 24th (SAVE THE DATE!)

Tickets can be purchased from any Living Waters CDC Board Member (Me, Beth Baker, Danielle May, Kenny (Shareece Williams), Kimberly Shorter-Siebert, Layna Gardner-Lott, and Nykki Bentley).
