Moody Mondays begin TOMORROW—and it's completely FREE!

Moody Mondays is a fun, supportive space for children and teens ages 8-16 to explore their feelings, build confidence, learn healthy coping skills, and connect with others.

Through activities, games, conversations, and creativity, we'll help young people navigate big emotions in a safe and judgment-free environment.

Join us tomorrow from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM at the Edison Branch Library, 18400 Joy Road, Detroit. If your child could use a positive space to be heard, encouraged, and empowered, we'd love to see them there!

Some Mondays feel heavy before the week even begins, especially for children and teens dealing with stress, anxiety, anger, sadness, grief, pressure, life changes, and BIG feelings they may not know how to express.

That’s why FOG Kids is introducing Moody Mondays — a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where youth can talk, connect, build confidence, learn healthy coping skills, and simply be heard through conversation, activities, creativity, and community.

Moody Mondays will take place on the 1st 3 Mondays in June from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM at the Detroit Public Library – Edison Branch for ages 8–16. If your child has been feeling overwhelmed, emotional, anxious, angry, withdrawn, or struggling to process life and their feelings, this space was created with them in mind.
