Pre-Apprenticeship – Training
Through Tunnel Vision Academy, participants learn the foundations of media production, storytelling, podcasting, video production, digital content, and journalism while building a professional portfolio.

Internship – Real Experience
Through Tunnel Vision Network, participants gain real hands-on experience covering events, producing content, and learning how the industry actually works.

Over 300 media professionals have trained through this process.

Registered Apprenticeship – Career Pathway
Tunnel Vision Network is now a U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Program Sponsor, which allows us to create structured pathways into careers in media, broadcast, and digital production.

This means someone can move through a clear pipeline:

Training → Experience → Career

For a long time, breaking into media has been difficult without connections or opportunities.

This creates new opportunities for individuals who want to build real careers in media, broadcasting, and digital production — not just learn about it, but gain hands-on experience while developing industry-level skills.

Through our apprenticeship model, participants will have access to:

• Mentorship and professional guidance
• Clear pathways into the workforce

Working alongside Tunnel Vision Academy (TVA), our nonprofit training partner, we are building a system that helps people move from learning to opportunity — with support, structure, and purpose.
