NAABA Michigan Chapter NAABA - Michigan is a newly formed association and a proud affiliate of the National Arab American Bar Association. Thank you and ahlan wa sahlan!

The goal of our association is to support the professional growth and advancement of legal professionals in our community and beyond. NAABA-Michigan is open to all law students, attorneys, law school graduates who went on to pursue other roles, and retired attorneys. We not only welcome diversity, we encourage it. Fadwa currently serves as Managing Member of the Detroit office of Miller Johnson. Prior to this role, she held several distinguished public service positions, including Chief Deputy Attorney General, Michigan’s Solicitor General, and Assistant Wayne County Prosecutor.

Lisa is the 91st President of the State Bar of Michigan and the first Palestinian American to hold this distinguished position. An accomplished attorney specializing in municipal, land use, and zoning law, Lisa has been recognized by Michigan Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America.
