The Wildfire Damage Housing Relief Program is designed to assist lower income households whose primary residence was affected by wildfire. To apply for $6,500 in assistance, applicants must have had damage or loss to their primary residence due to a wildfire and the residence is considered uninhabitable unless repaired or replaced.

Applicants must have an income that is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
(for example this amount is $52,400 for a family of four).
Receiving a grant from the Wildfire Damage Relief Program could impact your FEMA individual assistance benefits. Therefore, OHCS is working closely with Oregon Emergency Management, FEMA and other emergency officials to ensure recipients receive the maximum funding available.
