CHN Housing Partners is hiring an Assistant Director of Operations, DHN to help lead the day-to-day operations and coordination of Detroit Housing Network programs, services, systems, and partnerships.
 
In this role, the Assistant Director will work across teams and with DHN Members and partners to strengthen service delivery, improve operational processes, support technology and data systems, and help ensure Detroit residents can efficiently access the housing resources and services they need.
 
We’re looking for an experienced, collaborative leader with a strong background in housing services, project management, and operations who is ready to help move DHN’s work forward.
 
As the Network Manager of the Detroit Housing Network, CHN Housing Partners works to connect Detroiters to housing services through a strong network of community partners.

Jefferson East, Inc is seeking a Manager of Home Repair and Resiliency to help lead home repair and energy-efficiency efforts that support Detroit residents in remaining safely and affordably in their homes.
 
This role will support JEI’s growing housing work through residential inspections, contractor oversight, home repair projects, energy-efficiency initiatives, and more. Candidates should have experience in residential construction, home repair, housing rehabilitation, energy efficiency, inspections, or contractor management. Building Performance Institute (BPI) certification is required.

The HOPE Counseling Network will be at the Ignite Detroit Community Contractor Fair providing free HOPE application assistance for Detroit homeowners.

In her role, Khira will help transform data into meaningful insights that support DHN’s programs, measure our impact, and help us better serve Detroit residents.
 
“I’m most excited about using data to provide insights into the amazing work that DHN is doing,” Khira shared.
 
Fun fact about Khira: Outside of work, she enjoys practicing yoga, going on walks, and getting lost in a good book.
 
Khira is excited to be part of an organization committed to ensuring Detroit residents have access to affordable housing, and she hopes her work will contribute to DHN’s continued growth while supporting its mission for years to come.
