We tested the “paper towel method” and guess what…IT WORKED!!! Our seeds sprouted!

During our yoga session with our summer youth employees learned about the 5 Yamas (nonviolence, truthfulness, non-stealing, moderation, and non-possessiveness). Teaching them ethical guidelines and restraints to facilitate healthy interactions with the world! Ensuring that our campers have a strong group of mentors and leaders who can regulate their nervous system ☮️
