President Joe Biden has officially signed a ma*****na research bill into law, making history by enacting the first piece of standalone federal cannabis reform legislation in U.S. history.

The law gives the U.S. attorney general 60 days to either approve a given application or request supplemental information from the ma*****na research applicant. It also creates a more efficient pathway for researchers who request larger quantities of cannabis.

The president remains opposed to federal cannabis legalization, but he campaigned on a number of more modest ma*****na reforms, including promoting research, decriminalization and rescheduling cannabis under the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).

This year 60+ runners came out in support of cannabis and to advocate for research.

Earlier this month our small business incubator .e.incubator , had the pleasure of hosting members and chapters leads for a panel discussion around Health, Culture and Wealth.

Today, Kairos Cannabis Research Foundation and consulting agency, I.N.C. announced their strategic partnership with the inception of B.E. by Kairos; an entrepreneurial incubator that supports the establishment and expansion of black and brown owned business ventures.

Conceptualized as an acronym derivative of Black Entrepreneur, B.E by Kairos will develop methodologies that create equitable resources for business owners in efforts to mitigate the effects of structural obstacles in business ideation and development.

Participants of the incubator will meet once a month with founders, corporate leaders and business experts provided by WeWork labs. Concurrently, the initiative will function in collaboration with strategic partners like Forb(es) The Culture Michigan to organize supplemental monthly professional and social events. B.E by Kairos aims to connect members of WeWork and the network of black business owners regionally in order to foster and cultivate a healthy ecosystem that allows black entrepreneurs to fully exist and flourish.
