Search & Rescue World Outlook Services was organized because of the events of September 11, 2001. At that time, when we visited Ground Zero, our hearts went out to the victims and families. At this moment, we decided that whenever any situation of this type arose, we will be there to offer as much assistance as we possibly could.

Charlotte Joubert RN BSN is the Founder and President of Search & Rescue World Outlook Services. She has been a Registered Nurse for the past 42 years in the Detroit Metro Area, has volunteered with humanitarian teams locally and abroad with non-governmental organizations, and has experience a plight of vulnerable people in many countries.

The years 2020-2022 have been challenging to many people in the USA who have lost loved ones, homes, property, and experienced a disruption to their lives due to the pandemic. Many have been so traumatized that it will take the community to help with their healing.

The years 2020-2022 have been challenging to many people. People have lost loved ones, homes, property, and have experienced a massive disruption of their lives due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It will take the community to help with their healing.

Search & Rescue World Outlook Services is a 501c3 Michigan non-profit corporation established in 2002 to provide, physical, psychological, social, and emotional support to individuals who are suffering from homelessness, displacement, physical, and emotional disabilities.
