This is a 6 week group for all types of grief; a small closed group meaning you’ll meet with the same folks for 6 weeks. We’ll laugh together; cry; get a lil angry maybe. All the things that grief/life brings are welcome here.
We’ll also practice ways of tending to ourselves and grief through the 5 senses; together 💝 Art therapy, sound + aroma therapy; GOOD (but healthy, mostly) FOOD and herbal medicine therapy 😜 all practices and investments we need & deserve.
