For over 27 years, Dr. Audi has led DRMM with vision and compassion, growing it from a humble soup kitchen into a $25M+ multi-campus humanitarian network serving 2,400+ people daily and offering 5,000+ meals each day across five Michigan counties. Under his leadership, DRMM has launched 49 programs tackling homelessness, addiction recovery, mental health, job training, veterans' support, and more, becoming a national model for holistic, faith-based transformation.

A prolific author and speaker, his legacy is even preserved in the University of Michigan's Bentley Historical Library.

Transforming Compassion into Life

Dr. Remonia A. Chapman is a native Detroiter, respected health advocate and devoted community servant whose leadership has brought hope to individuals and families affected by organ and tissue failure.

As Executive Director of the Detroit MOTTEP Foundation and leader of Gift of Life MOTTEP, Dr. Chapman has championed organ and tissue donation, particularly within multicultural communities disproportionately affected by conditions requiring transplantation.

Through education, outreach and trusted partnerships, she has helped dispel myths, increase awareness and inspire more Michigan residents to become donors.
Under her visionary leadership, both organizations have earned national recognition and numerous awards. Their collaborations with the Michigan Eye Bank, American Cancer Society and National Marrow Donor Program have been recognized as models of effective community engagement.

Dr. Chapman is a past president of the Association for Multicultural Affairs in Transplantation and has served with numerous healthcare, civic and community organizations. Her career includes cancer-screening initiatives at Karmanos Cancer Institute, and her serves as the new Executive Pastor at Hartford Memorial Baptist Church. She is also the new president of the Alpha Rho Omega Chapter Alpha Kappa Alpha.

By transforming education into action, compassion into service and donation into renewed life, Dr. Chapman embodies the spirit of heroism and hope.

Leading a third-generation Detroit firm, Sharon has managed over $5
billion in complex real estate and infrastructure programs, from the
Detroit Metropolitan Airport's $4B Capital Improvement Program to the
700-acre Detroit East Side master development, keeping change orders
below 3% throughout. She's the first program management firm
headquartered in Detroit and the only African American female to own
property in Downtown Detroit, with a career spanning urban planning,
real estate, and public-sector governance backed by degrees from the
University of Michigan and Harvard. She also serves on boards including
the Detroit Downtown Development Authority, the Detroit Institute of
Arts, and the Detroit Black Chamber of Commerce.

A native Detroiter, Elizabeth carries her family's legacy into its third
generation, taking the reins of Mays Multimedia in 2011 at just 21 years
old and transforming a printing shop into a thriving multimedia,
publishing, and consulting company (Outlier Media; WMU Alumni). She also
relaunched Valley Publishing Company to champion authors and creatives,
serves as Editor in Chief of Entrepreneur and Executive Magazine, and
was recently named one of Crain's Detroit Business Notable Black
Business Leaders.

Her dedication to giving back to Detroit and empowering others makes her

With a passion for skincare, Jessie has served more than 5,000 clients and established herself as a leader in beauty and esthetics education. As the former founder and CEO of Skinphorea Facial Bar & Acne Clinic in Corktown, she now leads The Hayes Institute of Esthetics & Entrepreneurship, where she equips aspiring beauty professionals with the hands-on skills and business knowledge needed to build successful careers.

Through partnerships with the state, The Hayes Institute provides hands-on training and entrepreneurial support, creating new opportunities for the next generation of skincare professionals.

Jessie's leadership has earned her recognition as a Diversity Business Leader by Corp! Magazine, as well as spots on the Michigan Chronicle and Crain's Detroit Business “40 Under 40” lists. She has also shared her entrepreneurial journey through Detroit Startup Week.

Beyond her institute, Jessie continues to invest in others through mentorship with The Wealth InvestHer Network, which she co-founded, and leads international business seminars.
