HELLO, WATER CARNIVAL COMMUNITY!

Carly here - your 2026 WC Admiral - coming at ya with one final send-off and some TOTALLY AWESOME NEWS!

The Detroit Lakes Jaycees and I are thrilled to announce that we have just mailed out…

🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁

$20,000 IN DONATIONS!!!

That’s right ~ twenty. thousand. dollars. 💰🤯 YAY

When we say the Water Carnival gives back, we mean it! All the hard work, with a little slime 🤭 and proceeds from those 10 days of events go right back into our wonderful community!

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for helping make this year's 90th Annual Water Carnival one for the books!
☀️🎬💚🧡💜💿🌊

Now cue the funky transition...

Keep your eyeballs glued to this page 👀 because it’ll be getting updated with the new scoop on next year’s festivities. And I’ve got a feeling Heather and Cole are gonna come in HOT and absolutely knock your socks off for the 91st Water Carnival!

Until then…
Stay rad. Stay weird. Stay kind.

Signing off for the final time,
2026 Admiral Carly 💜

Admiral Carly here...
WOW. What an incredible 90th year!

Being your Water Carnival Admiral has truly been one of the greatest honors, and I can't thank you all enough for making this year so special 💜

To our amazing community, our generous sponsors, our dedicated Jaycee Team, and every past Jaycee and Admiral who stepped up to lend a hand ~ THANK YOU.
You poured your hearts into this Water Carnival and it showed.

Because of all of you, we didn't just celebrate 90 years... we took a totally awesome trip back to the 90s! 🛼From the nostalgia and the laughs to the slime, music, and memories, we hope you had as much fun as we did!!

Thank you, thank you, for getting Stuck in the 90s with us 💚
We had an absolute blast, and we'll be smiling about this year for a long, long time ✨

If you're between the ages of 18-40, consider joining the Jaycees.
We put on all kinds of events!
We work hard, but sure know how to have fun making a difference in our community!

Alright, don't change the channel just yet...
📺😉
We'll be back next month to introduce next year's Admirals AND we can't wait for you to meet them!

Until then... be kind, stay rad, and remember...
The 90s may be over... but the Water Carnival memories are forever

The bestest tradition 😉🍫🍭

Set up your chairs and bring a bag to hold all those goodies.
Don’t forget sunscreen & water ~ stay hydrated, my friends. It's a long parade!

After the Parade ~ head on down to the City Beach and enjoy the ever fantastic 90th NWWC Bald Eagle Waterski Show 🚤💦

THANK YOU all for getting Stuck in the 90s this year with us. We hope you had fun being a kid again 🤗💜

Until Next Year!
