The Gold Star boys took their training to the next level and dove two wrecks…The Courageous and The Big Dawg. These wrecks sit at below 100’ so these dives really showed how comfortable they are in the water at depth. Their dive potential is unlimited, proud of how far these boys have come along! 🇺🇸

Here is the story of today, Memorial Day 2023 where a few dozen Veterans, Gold Star family members and Active Duty Service members dove to the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico to remember those who are no longer with us.

The flag that flew over Memorial Rock has been retired and folded and the new flag, once flown over our troops in Afghanistan will now begin its final mission, to fly over Memorial Rock until May 2024 🇺🇸

"Seriously the COOLEST thing I've ever done!" - Deb, Ranger spouse.

Meet Deb. Deb is one of our newest badass Task Force Poseidon alumni.

Deb had asthma. Not a problem, she overcame.

Deb is not a fan of sharks. Not a problem, now she has a bunch of shark friends.

Deb had only been in the Gulf once before. And it wasn't a good experience. Not a problem, now the water is her sanctuary.

Deb couldn't equalize during training. It sucked. Not a problem, she kept at it and overcame.

Now Deb dives with her husband, she's hungry for more training, more experiences.

Be like Deb. Be fearless and join our family.

One seat is available to any Veteran or their family member!

This is one of those "bucket list" trips...8 hours on the water, three-tank dive, harvesting spiny lobsters in the beautiful Destin waters. The Florida two-day "mini-season" ends tomorrow and we want to get one Veteran on the water and catching these beautiful spiny lobsters.

The dive is tomorrow (29 July), and the boat is leaving at 0800. Must be at least an Advanced Open Water Diver. Go to https://taskforceposeidon.org/contact-us/ for more information and get your seat. Only ONE seat available for this once in a lifetime dive trip!
